Economical with the truth: ZUMBA

Just sharing a 'heads-up' really....I recently attempted to buy some trainers for ZUMBA from the ZUMBA UK shop website. Because I have very small feet I know that I will have to try on a few pairs before getting the right size (I am a UK 2 or 2.5) ZUMBA is one of the few on line shops that make in these sizes. So I'll have to make at least one return.
Zumba does not come up front on its site to tell the unaware buyer that all RETURNS must be made tracked post to HOLLAND.
Good job I phoned and e mailed their customer services to find out about this first, as I could not find it anywhere on their website.
In spite of several e mails from me, Zumba is completely self satisfied and smug about not being up front on the website about the location of returns.
I did not and will not buy from them now, as I can't risk the expense of the returns which unfortunately are virtually inevitable. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
I would hate anyone to be badly caught out by being stung for International tracked postage for returns. Grrr.

I am a size 3 and bought mine on Ebay, a dance specialist in shoes. Sorry I cannot remember which one now, but I got an excellent bargain. Before in classes I just wore normal running trainers.
