just can't believe I've been paying 18%
for several years. It's fully managed, but most to the things were done by shoddy workmen (all using the LAs contacts), had to change the front locks 2 times in 6 months. When I complained about the quality of work, I was told that he has so much experience and contacts and if I am not happy to provide my own workmen
all this for 18%

19% is too high. I pay 0%. The trick is that you need to do a little work yourself. Essex has many large office buildings, factories, universities etc - try their noticeboards! Good luck!0

what part of Essex though? Essex also covers some 'london' boroughs, perhaps the premiums are higher in those areas than up here in north Essex.0

LAs do rip you off in mysterious ways!
On top of paying 18% it was let for below the market value
and repairs take ages, and expensive and only last a few days or weeks
Contacted all LAs hopefully will receive replies soon
