Unsure if I have a claim for PPI, and don't know account number for loan etc...

Hi,

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Over the years, I've had a couple of loans and a credit card with TSB and Lloyds/TSB. I have no idea if I ever had PPI, and have no record of the account numbers of these loans or credit card (I no longer have the credit card either), as they were several years go.

How can I find out?

Regards,

Kerry.

Ring them up and ask is your starter - depending how long ago they were closed you might get lucky and they can still see the accounts and tell you if you had PPI.

After that, the last 6 years would be on your credit report with Experian/Equifax/Call Credit

Do note you don't have a "claim for PPI" - you are making a complaint about PPI being miss-sold to you i.e. it you should never have been sold it

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
