I bought a 10.1" tablet off eBay 7 months ago and it locks up for no reason, regularly, which makes it useless. Its not a software issue as I've done a factory reset a few times and the result is the same.
The seller is difficult as it a Chinese outfit with a UK address for sales purposes. They refused to supply a VAT invoice at the time.
I think its too late to leave negative feedback and I doubt eBay will get involved either as its outside of the 60 days - does that still apply?
I paid via PayPal which doesn't help the situation I think.
Any ideas? Thanks

Have you contacted the seller? What did they say?
Did the tablet come with a manufacturer's warranty?0 -

Possible it is a firmware issue as you are just reinstalling the original firmware .
Usual would be to flash new firmware to the product .
That can be difficult with the no name Chinese imports .0
