CRA'S - Anyone else noticed this???

As well as having the free Noddle report, I also have access to "Protect my ID" from Experian which I got through a mobile phone contract 3 years ago.

Over the last few months my credit report through Experian seems to be going a bit loopy - for want of a better expression!

First of all my Barclaycards disappeared and remain AWOL, now all my Halifax information has gone as well, 2 x Current accounts 1 CC and a loan account. I am presuming that this is all information relating to Lloyds Banking Group in general, as my TSB accounts have gone off as well!

My Shop Direct accounts have gone missing now as well and it does not seem to be recording searches. I had a couple of searches late December and nothing has been recorded by Experian.

Has anyone else noticed this with Experian or is it just me?

I thought Experian was the main CRA followed by Equifax then Call Credit but it seems to be that the only one that is holding all my info is Call Credit/Noddle.

It doesn't bother me as such but I am curious as to why they are disappearing??

    Hi Simon7685,

That certainly sounds a bit odd! We wouldn't expect accounts to disappear off your report like this.

Have you moved address recently, but not yet updated the address in your profile?

This could cause accounts to disappear from the report you are viewing when lenders move the accounts to the new address. As the report will only retrieve information in the addresses listed in your profile.

So I can look into this in more detail for you please email your details to uksocialsupport@experian.com and see if we can get to the bottom of this.

    Kind Regards
    Neil
