Washing Machine connected, but now leaking

Options
I bought a washing machine at the end of December and paid extra to have it disconected and connected. I have just discovered where the pipe was connected to the cold water pipe has been leaking. There is an inch of water all under the cupboards. I have contacted the seller (AO) who were very apologetic and are sending someone to fix it. I have today where the water has been sitting has come through as damp into my sitting room and the walls are turning black and the skirting board is coming away. Does anyone know if I am entitled to any form of compensation ?

Thanks
