I recently got myself a Lloyds Platinum as I've been doing more and more trips abroad with work and I need some protection.
I want to set up a direct debit to pay off the credit card. Can I do this online or do I need to phone customer services?

Hi Stoke.
There's an option to set up a Direct Debit within Internet Banking. On the 'Your Accounts' screen when you log on there's a link, "Set up a Direct Debit to pay your credit card online".
