Prepaid card dispute/chargeback possible

Hi there I am about to buy a camera from Hong Kong for around 900 pounds I have a prepaid Visa card as well as a prepaid MasterCard.
If something were to go tits up as in goods not received or faulty would I be able to make a claim using one of these cards

Chargeback is Visa/Mastercard procedure, the same for all cards, including prepaid.
However, it requires existence end competence or CS that might be not the case for many prepaid cards.0
