Hi,
my rtb is near the end now all i need to do is get a mortgage which should come through in a couple of weeks, but i have to go abroad for a family emergency. Will it be able to get completed without me being here? its a joint application and the other applicant will still be here. Can i sign all the papereork in advance?
Have been messed around by a rogue mortgage broker so now gone to someone i know who i should have gone to in the 1st place.

What do you mean 'My rtb is near the end'. Has the council served any notices on you forcing you to complete?
As other posters said your solicitor can complete on your behalf, it's the mortgage that might be a problem.0
