Trying to register fo Barclays online banking

I fill in the form and when I press the send button I get a page that tells me that the connection was reset. I get this message every time.
I am finding it impossible to register.
Any help appreciated.
Ps. OS is Kubuntu, Browser is Firefox
UPDATE.
I have now managed to register.
This time, I filled in the form but left out my email address. The systems prompted me for the address. I provided it and confirmed it, the registration then completed.
Can anyone explain this
