My credit rating won't improve..

I know the 'score' is fake etc, but it's a good indicator of if you're Green, Amber or Red to lenders.
I currently have 3 bank accounts,
Current account in credit with a £1400 overdraft limit
Savings account with £2,000
Joint account with £1
I also have a Barclaycard credit card that's been paid off in full every month (I use it to buy a lottery ticket on the first of every month :rotfl:)
I'm on the electoral register and all that's documented on my file.
I've got no defaults, no missed payments, no anything bad, just loads of positives...
And yet my 'rating' is still right down at the bottom of the scale. Noddle 'score' me at 1
Is this common or has there been an error somewhere?

How long on the electoral roll?
How long with your current bank?
Overdraft usage?
Credit card means relatively little. As doesn't show that you manage credit well.0 -

I'll add
Do the address on each credit account match your current address or have you moved and forgotten to update some?
How many recent searches?
Any closed accounts?0 -
Everything is correct. Electoral register since April, correct addresses on all files, 2 closed british gas accounts for an old address.
Been with my bank 3 years.
Overdraft rarely used. I used it in july when I bought a car but not all of it and was back out within a month.
Somethings wrong
I can't add up.0
