Buildings insurance - environmental report issue

So in process of buying my late grandmothers house...were pretty much at exchange and I need to sort out the buildings insurance. Problem is the environmental report says there is high risk of surface flooding and ground subsidence - I am not worried about either my grandmother had lived here for 50+years and never had any problems-i also know a few of the neighbours none of which have had issues.
But how do i get insurance ? On the comparison sites it just asks 'has there been any flooding/subsidence' in the past X years - which the answer is no, but if I go ahead and get one of the policies and I ever need to claim will it be void if they find out about this report??

The question refers to the property. Not the surrounding area. Nor does it refer to a perceived risk indicatd by a report(eg environmental).Mummy_Bean wrote: »On the comparison sites it just asks 'has there been any flooding/subsidence' in the past X years - which the answer is no, but if I go ahead and get one of the policies and I ever need to claim will it be void if they find out about this report??
So. Has the property ever been flooded? Has the property suffered from subsidence?
If yes, consult an insurance broker. If no, identify a policy via a comparison site, then buy it via a cashback site (first double checking all the T&Cs of the policy on the specific insurer's website.)0
