However, when you read the article or look at the photos, the local rag hasn't published the PPC's name. Shameful. (Although we know who it is!)0

Hopefuly if the Beavis case plus the challenge the fine website/action goes the right way this trickle could be a floodFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
Very disappointing.
By which I mean it is disappointing that so many mugs pay up in a 4 month period to provide the PPC with TEN GRAND of illegally gotten gains from just one car park. And this is Scotland, too, where all the charges can simply be ignored.0 -

Westhill’s Aldi and Indian Restaurant, Lasan, share a car park managed by Parking Eye, who give shoppers a maximum one-and-a-half hour stay before issuing a penalty.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -
Looking at Google Streetview, there was no ParkingSpy scamera system in place in the recent-ish past.
I wonder what changed to warrant Aldi getting them in?0 -

Ownership - This is a shopping centre formerly owned by the council but sold to St James’s Place Property Unit Trust for redevelopment. I'd guess they brought PE-in.
Thread about it from last year:

Spokesman for Lasan, Ronnie Rahaman, said: “Our business was heavily affected by these parking charges.
ParkingEye should be made to compensate the Lasan restaurant too for the loss of business they incurred due to PE's incompetence.0 -

Not forgetting the idiots who think that a fluorescent jacket and silly little machine makes them some form of warden! I am certain that most do not know the full picture of harassment and the like that they put people through.0
