Ever heard of "Utilities Expert"

I am currently being pestered by someone from Utilities Expert trying to tie us into a electricity tariff even although our contract doesn't expire till September. I tried doing a google search on them but it didn't show anything up. I am thinking they are a bogus company but i'm not sure and wondered if anyone had any experience with them.

Its business energy only. Many businesses need help in the business energy minefield so I think its a useful contact..whats the catch though ? how much commission ?0
