Santander 0% 15 mths, no tranfer fee

OK, got the new Santander card, logged in, go to credit cards, then to balance transfers... Under the amount and card boxes, it reads:

"The amount to be transferred must be more than £ 100 and within your available credit limit. You should carry on making monthly repayments to your existing credit/store cards until the transfer appears on those account statements.
The total amount of transferred balance(s) outstanding on your Santander Credit Card may not exceed 95% of your current credit limit. You cannot transfer balances from any other Santander Credit Card or from Cahoot credit cards. Unless we have told you otherwise, you will be charged a handling fee for Balance Transfer transactions of 3% of the transaction (minimum £5).
Funds will normally reach your account within 2 hours if your destination account is with Santander and the request is placed within normal business hours. If the destination account is not a Santander account and the request is received during normal business hours, funds would normally arrive the next working day.
If any of the details shown above are incorrect, please call us on 0845 602 1582 before confirming your request. Call charges may apply."

Nothing in the seven letters from Santander confirms the 0% no fee deal? So I phoned them and they say they will write to me in the next 7-10 working days to confirm it. WHY NOT confirm it originally with all the other paperwork OR publish it on the web page as it apparently applies to ALL new credit cards, per Lewis in Credit Card Services.

Do I have to wait for two weeks now? Or am I missing something on their web site they too have missed telling me about?

I have just looked at the key facts for the card and it states:

    Balance Transfers:
    During introductory period - 0%
    After introductory period - 3% (minimum £5).

So it does appear to be 0% on the charges during the introductory period.

It's 0% for the duration of the deal. I've now used it to pay off 8 minimum payments plus a bit to our stoozed cards and they're all showing a transfer fee of £0. Transfer £100 from a card you've got if you're concerned. I think it's a cracking deal, as are all current Santander ones.
