It's a waste of title space and indicates that it is an inarticulate or chav seller!
Fully agree- when I see L@@K, I look elsewhere!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
I've bought one item with it in the title but it was too good an offer to pass up (job lot of 4 tops, one brand new, others almost new for £3.99 inc postage). Most of the time I look elsewhere."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

It would probably be fairly easy for Ebay to get rid of it, 2 @ symbols next to each other could invalidate the listing. That said it's usually newer users who use it, the ones who are likely to use various upgrades and spend more money in the listing, so friends of Ebay!.0

L@@K could hardly be described as spamming.
Keyword spamming is when you search for something like a VW Polo and end up with pages upon pages of Fiestas and Corsas etc whos sellers have filled the description line up with "not Polo Golf Mondeo....." etc so it shows up on as many other peoples searches as possible. Do they really think that if you're searching for one thing that suddenly you'll have a complete change of mind and decide to buy their item instead.
The fact that nobody would actively seach for "l@@k" as a keyword means it isn't spamming, it's just annoying."A nation of plenty so concerned with gain" - Isley Brothers - Harvest for the World0 -
