Defaults satisfied 2010 can I get credit?

I have 3 defaults all satisfied & paid in full from 2010
I have a capital one credit card, O2 mobile phone & joint mortgage all showing as paid every month, a co op cash minder account and am also on electoral role
Would I have any chance of getting any credit now or is it best to wait until the defaults gave dropped off next year?
Am looking to open a current bank account that's all
Noddle rate me 1/5 but I know that doesnt mean anything

You ask about credit and then say you just want a current account so not sure what you are asking.
Anyway I am very similar (defaults from 2012, not settled yet but paying them off) an have just opened a TSB current account (classic plus) in addition to my cashminder account, took 10 minutes online.0 -
I was poking for a current account with overdraft facility I thought I would need to pass a credit check for that
Also credit as in a lower interest credit card etc0
