Sorry been off line for a couple of days
I have never heard of 75a, will try to understand it more, but it seems that if you cash pay for the item (under £60260) will not be covered. It only covers if you take out a finance deal with the dealer.
My very initial question as just to ask if section 75 covered upto 30k or purchase over 30k purchase with max of 30k payout. But to sum it up I think it is suggested that its upto 30k purchase, 1 penny over will make it not covered at all.
