NHS leasing

Hi,
Wondered if anyone has taken a lease car since they changed the scheme last year? I had one in 2012 but the tax implications were worse than I expected (despite it only being a 1.4 corsa) and at the time, our expenses were reduced significantly on leasing, though I understand they've changed that now. My PCP is up in September and contemplating returning to leasing. Any advice?

The scheme has financial advantages for employers which is why they promote them so heavily.


The financial advantages for employees are not so good, especially if the scheme is a salary sacrifice one.

Seems quite good, working in another government department, I'd love it if these or another company dealt with us.
