again, unless things have changed, we never had a problem with access, other than where a positive attempt had been made to keep everyone out
I found a 'Request incident report' form that I've now submitted. It's not the end of the world if there's no mention of the access problems.0 -

Do you know why your neighbour has installed the locked gate? If it's a padlock and it's 'on your side', have you got any bolt cutters?
Trouble is the 'junk' is all metal, so it might take me a while to set light to that!
It's not so much the gate and junk that I'm concerned about as that's comparatively easily moved/resolved; it's the plans to build over it permanently that have really annoyed me. And as much I don't particularly care for the neighbours, I don't really want to make them have to pay to take town what they've had built; but they leave me no option unless I can prevent it before it's built.0 -

I doubt that's very relevant. Many long, entire roads of, terraces have no rear access - with the bottom of their garden adjoining the bottom of the gardens in the next road.0 -
I can get Planning Permission to build in the Queen's garden. That doesn't give me any right to march up to her lawn and start digging my footings.0

I'm sorry I can't be of any help to you but wish you luck in your fight which I hope you win.0
