Experian statutory credit report

Hi
I've recently purchased my 3 credit reports and have just received my log in details in the post from Experian.
I have logged in and opened the PDF of my report, linked address' are all correct, as are my bank account and British Gas account history as shown in the other 2 reports.
None of my defaulted accounts are showing on the PDF and there is no link of any kind when logged in. The other 2 reports both show my defaulted accounts (all settled and over 4 years old).
Am I being stupid and missing something simple?
Is there a reason I can't find these?
Thanks for any help

No one agency captures all your information and different lenders/services search or report to different agencies.
There is another thread (click here) that is very useful for understanding which agencies various lenders/services search and report to. Have a look there to see if your defaulted accounts relate to lenders who don't report to Experian.0 -
Could be that you need to give an extra address to make them show up. Years back some of mine wouldn't show unless I gave one extra previous address from slightly outside the 6 years they asked for. When I did everything magically popped up. Odd as they were dated new enough to show, but clearly Experian's systems were not making that vital link without that extra previous address.
Or as said they may just not be reported.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks for the replys, around a year ago I stupdly paid the subscription fee for my "score" from experian and they had all my defaulted accounts and previous address' so it can't be that reason, it just seems strange that they could have all "dropped off", although all are settled they are different default dates and the last one is not due to "drop off" until 2017!0

Just a hunch, but I think they have dropped off as they are over 3 years old...
Don't know for sure, but that sounds feasible.0 -

They still may not linking in to your current report. Depends if that previous address is now showing on your Experian report or account now? Things don't always carry over.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

So a lender wouldn't see them either then?
My last 2 address' covering over 6 years are both showing on the statutory report.0 -
Hi Barpeeler
When you say 'showing on the statutory report' do you mean as linked addresses or in the section marked 'application details'? If any of your addresses are not shown in the 'application details' section then you didn't provide them when you asked for the report and we will not have searched them. Just check this and let us know if we need to prepare a revised report for you.
Each statutory report is prepared from scratch based on the information you provide at the time.
Thanks
