Toys r us cot bed

I have a toys r us cot bed its a white one with a heart cut out. I have never had to bother with lowering or raising the side bar as baby has always been too small but now she is getting bigger i decided to have ago at lowering and raising the bar, when i do this the side of the cot comes apart. When i say the side of the cot i mean the frontl eft hand side lifts with the bar. Does anyone know what is wrong with it as i dont have the assembly instructions and want to make sure its safe for baby. Does anyone elses cot bed do this and how do you tighten it as there doesnt seem to appear to be anywhere that i can tighten it.

If I were you, for my peace of mind for my baby, I would contact Toys R Us and find someone who can tell you competently how to do this.

You can rest assured then that your baby is safe.
