Cheap Indoor Aerial

Bought a cheap second hand TV, currently using with the chromecast however I wondered if buying one of these crappy little aerials would give me enough signal to pick up most the channels? It's in my bedroom by the way.

Unless your local transmitter is close by its unlikely they will be much good.
If you have access to your loft Id suggest going for something like this.
