Bed broken after a year of use

Hi, looking for some advice please
I bought a bed from Next in 2013 (September I think) and paid £500 for it. We got it and built it and the storage drawers seemed quite fragile. After a month or two, they fell apart. I contacted Next who agreed to replace the bed and we decided not to take the storage drawer option and were sent a bed without the drawers and got a £50 gift card to replace the difference in price.
We were happy with the new bed. However, over the last couple of months we have noticed the fabric at the sides of the bed have 'blown' out in places like it has broken and it seems quite loose in the support at the sides.
Is there anything I can do? It was a lot of money to pay for a bed but we loved it and are quite disappointed that this is now happening. Wasn't sure if we could do anything so thought I'd ask here.
Thanks for reading

Have you spoken to Next about it?
Is it on the side of the mattress or the divan?
It will ultimately come down to if this is "acceptable" wear and tear or if the item is defective. Certainly the fabric became more slack on our last SilentNight bed after a year or two but it never got any worse after that. Our current bed though is 2 years old and looks identical to the day it was bought (other than one dodgy looking wine stain on the mattress )0 -
Thanks for the reply
I haven't spoken to Next about it yet. It is on both sides of the divan, quite a few pockets on each side that looks like the fabric has blown out and is loose. When you press the pockets, it is like the frame is loose and it pops back out- can't think of a better description! Wish it was just a dodgy wine stain lol0
