while you are annoyed that he was forced to walk to the edge of the field I am not sure how else he would have got there if he would not allow an ambulance. I imagine the teachers would not be allowed to carry him due to health and safety and it would take a lot of them to carry him.
I didn't expect the teachers to carry him, however he laying on the ground for 15mins holding his leg in pain , before being told to get up or else. I think would have been a good reason to call the ambulance whether he liked it or not . Anyway as I have said its a hard way for him to learn his lesson as he still has issues with walking and will do for a very long time .
A very tall and overweight 16 year old boy could well weigh around 16-20 stone depending on how overweight we are talking.

He didnt say it was that bad , he was asked , this was confirmed when I spoke to the teacher the next day . They assumed it wasn't bad .
You complain that they made him walk to the edge of the pitch, Im sure he was helped or hobbled the same as he did to your car.
A couple students were told to help him , they struggled as he does tower in height over many of his class mates . No member of staff helped .
I dont see where they are at fault. He had an accident. They happen.
They could have supplied him with the extra work/activities to complete at home couldnt they? They did but will recovering from the operations and physio was very difficult as well as my collecting work and etc
Blaming the exam results on this incident doesnt seem likely. How much time did he miss? Why couldnt he do that work at home?
