Hi All
Hope this is in the right place, apologies if not.
Im looking at booking a 3 night break to Berlin through Wow Go and they are using TourCenter.co.uk as the tour operator. Once I buy the voucher through Wow Go I can then book via TourCeter.
My question is have any of you guys & girls used TourCenter before & if so what did you think?

I have used them and they were very good with the booking and details however when I tried to 'add on' at a later date I found their prices very, very high (transfers by shuttle bus - they wanted £63, then £74 - i managed to book directly for £20 return transfers) they were also a little slow at responding on questions about the extras0

Tourcenter is a trading name of Crystal Travel, they are a very large agency in central London with a valid ATOL licence so you should be OK. Just check the cost of actually booking what you get with the voucher before buying it, the truth is no one can sell flights for less than the airline and you need to see what restrictions there may be, such as only flying Easyjet out to Berlin on a Sunday evening as an example, to make sure it makes sense before you part with your money.0
