Acotis Jewellery is one of those companies that make it as hard as possible for you to get postage costs back when their goods are faulty. It's very sneaky when these companies do not give you details of how to get postage paid when they are at fault, but it is entirely the right of the purchaser to have that cost covered when the retainer is at fault.


Acotis ignored numerous emails until they were forced to do something about it. I'm sure people who are less persistent would just give up and go away - very naughty of that company!
