  • Wow congratulations. I am submitting my full application with precise this week after being approved for my decision in principle last Friday. I am nervous about the process in case I get declined, did they ask any questions about your bank statements? And so long as nothing changes with credit, if you passed the DIP is there any reason you wouldn't pass the full credit check and do you know which credit reference agency they use? I am so nervous!
    Well done again though

    Thank you :)
I feel your pain! I was dredding applying for fear of being declined.

We supplied 3 monthe bank statements each along with last 3 months payslips and our p60's, photo id's and proof of address's. We also supplied savings accounts statements to prove our deposit.

    All was supplied on application.

The only thing extra that was asked for was proof of the acumulation of savings.. So we gave 12 months worth of savings account statements showing a build up of funds. That was the only thing extra that was requested.

    Good luck :)

  • Thanks for your reply. If you don't mind me asking how is your credit rating? Mine isn't very good, although has been perfect for over 12 months, so I feel lucky to have got this far!
  • I have been offered 5.9% interest rate with late payments over 12 months ago and a default of only £262 from 2012 that is settled. I have just over 15% deposit
