Amazon keep cancelling order

To be fair its a high priced order about £750 but first thing was I ordered on a account I last made a order 5 months ago(at same address and debit card) but I removed it after use just in case. I did put a minor spelling mistake on the address a simple thing like if my address was like 1 X Street I put it 1 X Steret so my account was put on hold till I proved ID, I faxed them my bank statements and it was unlocked.

I then reordered and got a email a hour later saying they think I was hacked so cancelled order so contacted and explained it was me, I waited to next day and ordered again and this time it was claimed my bank declined the transaction so I contact bank and they say theres no issue there end its just Amazon requesting money and not taking it!

Amazon keep claiming its my bank rejecting order or my account has been hacked as I keep reordering so its a bit of a endless loop since its them who claim I am being hacked due to reordering same items yet I only reorder as they keep cancelling order! Madness!

A little vent but if anyone knows how to give Amazon a little push to understand I am not hacking my own account it would be appreciated.

Personally, I would cancel any order and the Amazon account you have.

Then, re-register with Amazon (different EMail) and start again with a bank card that won't be problematic.

Banks usually put up their own online security boxes, when you pay, so they know who is ordering.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)
