Online Gaming Issue

Hi, i play an online game called League of Legends.
Now, i have been falsely accused of modifying the game/cheating, i have asked numerous times for them to give me information and evidence for what i have supposedly done - but they keep responding with automated messages. I'm still trying to get a proper response out of them, but nothing is coming of it as of yet.
In this game you can purchase online skins, for your champion. I've spent over £800 so far, and now they've completely banned my account, denying me access to these items that i purchased.
Do i have any leg to stand on with issuing a charge back?
And am i right in saying you have no rights with regards to ownership of virtual goods? Kind of ridiculous

There's no answer to that as the laws aren't clear. You may win or lose a court case based on virtual goods, there are few precedents. This is even more complex if the company is sited abroad. I imagine the legitimacy of a chargeback would rest on whether your bank could satisfy themselves that the company had breached their own EULAs. I'm not sure how they could, to be honest, as for all they know you may have cheated. You could give it a go.0

Can't believe how gullible some people are!0 -

Yea, it is quite excessive especially considering the items purchased seem to be SKINS for the characters which are probably the most likely component of an online game which will be free to modify (with premium additions of course, but nothing which comes in the region of 800 pounds).
Possible conclusions:
1. OP has cheated to obtain these skins for free, but mentioned the 800 pounds to make it sound dramatic
2. OP is rich in which case he can spend his money on farmville for all I care
3. I want to imagine OP as a geeky loner who spends a lot of time in the basement but...people don't spend 800 pounds on skins.... I would understand if he had been purchasing weapons or armor, or even tokens to buy new items! But skins......?! Who the hell does that?!0 -

Why does that differ from paying a sum of money for any other leisure activity?
You've spent £800 on cinema tickets / ice skating / alcohol / eating out / concerts / donations to charity / evening classes etc. etc.
It's OPs money, they can spend it however they want.0 -
It's an American game so you have very little rights to do anything about it.
You have obviously used a mod that is considered a cheat and got caught, you wont be the first or the last to get caught (allegedly) cheating.0 -

You don't mention the other possible conclusion, that you have no idea what you're talking about.
There's a big clue in the phrases you use: "Seem to be", "Probably", "most likely".
But despite this, you still feel qualified to claim that you know best. How odd.0 -

It doesn't, but at least it gives whitegoods_engineer an opportunity to try to feel superior by calling other people gullible for deciding how they want to spend their money.0 -

Yes, there is a big clue! The big clue being that they are words or phrases which describe uncertainty. I have deliberately done this because it is my opinion, and I acknowledged the fact (implied with use of words to express uncertainty) that there is possibly another reason why OP spent 800 pounds on skins for an online game.
I never once claimed to know best, but merely offered some thoughts. You are the one who is claiming that I was claiming to know best, how odd...0
