SellItBack - Anybody else using?

I have used SellitBack.com (buys books, CDs and DVDs like Music Magpie, Ziffit, WeBuyBooks, Zapper etc.) since August 2014.

I initially received excellent prices and great service with boxes being checked on the day the Collect+ website said they were delivered and payment to bank account following within the published timescale.

In early December 2014 I sold some books which had to be sent in 4 boxes due to the Collect+ 10kg per box weight limit. The Collect+ website shows that all 4 boxes were delivered on the same day but SellItBack say only 2 boxes were delivered. SellItBack agreed that they would pay the value of the books in the 2 boxes which they claim were not delivered (despite the delivery confirmation on the Collect+ website) but I've still not received the money.

Since then I have limited each sale to 10kg so it will fit in one Collect+ box and monitored delivery on the Collect+ website. This has worked well until last week but some sales which Collect+ show as having been delivered to SellItBack are not being processed.

SellItBack claim that all boxes delivered to them have been processed and are checking with Collect+ over what has happened to the boxes which Collect+ record as being delivered to them. I have used Collect+ for sending many boxes and on the 1 occasion they lost a box they refunded the value in full so have I no concerns with their service.

Does anybody else have concerns or problems with SellItBack service? I won't be using them again until the current issues are resolved.
