What's next for me? Journey to a good credit history

in Credit cards
Hi all,
I am a 20 year old who wants to have a good credit history so I can apply for a mortgage in not that far a future. I am wondering what I should do next regarding my credit cards and how I should use them.
So far I've got:
Barclaycard Freedom Rewards (over 1 year now). £500 limit
HSBC Student Credit Card (5 months) £500 limit
HSBC 0% overdraft £500 limit
Halifax Clarity (4 months) £500 limit
I put around £150 on the Barclaycard every month and pay it by DD.
I put most of my spending (£350-£450) on my HSBC CC and pay it off by DD.
Haven't touched my overdraft at all.
I applied for the Clarity just before I went on holiday and used it throughout my trip. Made extra payments but now plan to put around £100 on it and pay it by DD.
What do you think I should do? Lower my usage on them? Work towards increasing my limits? Live with them for a while? Will having them help me better my score?
I've got one year left at uni, I work part time now, am saving up for a deposit, and have prepared myself to work full time at the same company once I finish my degree which will leave me with around £20000 p/a. In order to get a mortgage/afford it what steps do you recommend I take?
Am I doing something wrong? Will this work?
Thank you for your time and input.

You don't need to do anything new/special. Just keep doing what you've been doing so far.0
