Precise Mortgages who do they use to check

    Ive just had an offer from Precise.they did a search on both experian and equifax at application and again the day before the offer came through

    Congratulations!
    Do you mean at your decision in principle or full application? I have DIP, but waiting to submit full application so very nervous as I have late payments showing on Equifax but not experian from the same company! I have tried to dispute it but they refuse to remove them from Equifax even though they don't show on experian- very frustrating :mad:

    Late payments would not help but are not a deal breaker with Precise in themselves (we assume they are not late payments on a mortgage?).

    No, it was a credit builder loan through a pre paid Mastercard, the amount was Only £5 and was paid a few days late as they don't take it out on the same date each month. I have no loans or current mortgages.
