I have an old sash window that is beyond repair and im looking to replace it with a UPVC window, I had one company do a quote ove the phone of £450 for a 4x3 window, seems a bit expensive to me?, has anyone got a name of a company that could supply and fit a window for a lot less in the Watford area?.

£450 pounds sounds about right for a window that size - it's not the parts that cost a lot, it's the labour."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
