Online Estate Agents....

As this is MSE should we not start to get a definitive list of good value online agents with experiences. This would be good also with the buying and selling season apon us.

Any experience would be good as I am looking at the moment.

What would be really useful is experiences from people who have switched from local EA to online EA, and vice versa.

e.g. "My house was with a local EA priced at £200k, but I didn't get any offers. So I switched to an online EA and it sold for £200k"

The EA's ability to sell property and achieve a good price are key factors. It can be a false economy to just consider the EA's fee.

Im just about to list my house using an online estate agent, decided to go with https://www.scothousemove.com/ as they had plenty for sale on Zoopla / Rightmove etc and seemed to be shifting houses quite quickly based on first posted dates v sold / stc

Time will tell if they are any good but for £399 instead of around £1600 its worth a go I thought
