1080P missing from youtube resolution options

Anyone else have this issue.

I haven't altered anything on my PC apart from going over to fibre broadband. 40Meg down 10Up from 2.5Meg down and 0.567Kbps Up.

I can correct the issue with clearing cookies and a clean up with Ccleaner free current version, and not sign in to youtube, but as soon as I sign in it goes missing again. Desktop res is 1920x1080, adobe upto date as is java and windows updates on win 7 ulitmate.

Get rid of Java, unless you really need it. And if you must keep it, disable Java in your web browsers if you can.

I think there's some kind of compatibility issue that prevents certain resolutions from being displayed depending on whether or not you use DASH, and whether you're using Flash or HTML5 to view the video.

Seeing as it only happens when you log in, is there anything relevant in your YouTube account settings? It's probably something you can change from there.
