Hi all,
I sent a cancellation request to a buyer (their choice) and refunded the money. I did this on the 27th Jan but on Paypal it says pending till the 3rd Feb and I haven't been credited with my final value fees.
Is this normal? I haven't had to make a refund for years.

It must have gone as an e-cheque. Did you actually have funds in your Paypal account when you refunded or had you emptied it?0 -
It will be Bank Funded, rather the from your Paypal funds if any0
