NatWest Credit Card - Available balance doesn't update instantly

I've recently opened a NatWest CashBack Credit Card, however I've noticed the available balance doesn't update instantly, like all other credit cards I've had.
Is this normal for NatWest, or is there a problem with my internet banking/mobile app?

Don't know about Natwest, but generally you can never rely on instant updating as all transactions aren't supposed to be 'online'.0

Normal for Natwest, always seems to take a little while to update0

The Natwest app does not update instantly. You need to log in formally to your account via the Natwest desktop site to check your available balance watch out for contactless payments as they do not seem to come off your available balance immediately on the desktop site.0

Great, thanks. Just logged into Credit Card Services and it shows my correct available balance there, just not in the standard internet banking, or mobile app, which seems odd to be.
Does anyone know when NatWest take the annual fee for the credit card (£24)?0 -
It normally takes a few days for mine to update.0
