Phone microsoft and tell them it isnt working, tell them it is the one you bought with your console they will send you a replacement.

Have you checked the batteries?

When you say it's not working do you mean it doesn't come on at all?

yep batteries not the problem,its not working at all

any lights coming up, lights moving in circles, have you charged it, have you pressed the two small buttons simultanously so the console and controller match? if you have tried everything get it replaced, cs is good my hdd died and they sent me a new one in a week.

The replacement of the hdd, and in this case the controller..

I'm assuming it can only be done under warranty etc?

just to update on this xbox has hard drive fault so of to game tomorrow for full relacement of whole system,heres hopin
