KGB/ncrowd deals - advice please!

I bought a voucher from KGB/ncrowd for some flowers from a company called Delightful Bouquets. The voucher expiry date was 14th Jan 2015.
On 28th December 2014 I followed the instructions on the voucher. The flowers never arrived. I sent an e-mail to DB's customer service account on 9th January. They failed to respond but marked by voucher as 'used' that day. Still no flowers. I've contacted KGB five times by e-mail - once I got an automated reply, but apart from that nothing.
I have a second voucher with the same florist. (My mistake to buy again before redeeming the first, but I've had good deals in the past from KGB.)
Any advice? I'm guessing I'll probably have to write off my losses, but it leaves a nasty taste.... Isn't this how disreputable companies continue to get away with it?

Your contract is with ncrowd, so you need to contact them for a refund.
Does the florist not have a phone number?
Is it this florist?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
