If you took their 'order care' they will collect for you free of charge. Have a look at the link for full T&Cs on returns.0 -
Has it been dispatched? If not, just phone up and cancel, then send an email confirming this.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Even if the laptop gets delivered, you can arrange for it to be collected for a full refund and provided that you do this within 7 days of delivery, there is no charge for the return.
http://www.staples.co.uk/content/static/customerservice/helpcenter/warranties.cshtmlIf you choose not to take advantage of our OrderCare
no-quibble, 12-month free returns, you can still return unwanted items within 30
days of delivery. If you contact us within 7 days we will collect the items
free of chargeand issue you a full credit. Thereafter the charge for collection
is £3.50 ex. VAT (which will be deducted from the value of your credit) and the
goods must be unused, complete, in resaleable condition and in their original
and unmarked packaging (not resealed with tape).
Once the goods have been received back into our warehouse and
their condition checked, you will receive a full credit for these items. If they
are not in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to charge a minimum
restocking fee of £15 or 20%. Certain goods are excluded from our standard
returns policy such as food and drink items (which cannot be returned due to
Health and Safety Regulations), laptops, software, special order items and some
business machines unless damaged or faulty.
I'm assuming that where they refer to "full credit", they actually mean that a full refund will be issued.0 -
Reading the last but one line of the conditions it would appear that laptops are excluded from the standard returns policy.0

They may very well be. But they (laptops) are not excluded from the CCRs.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
