well trying to spend as little as possible to boost my holiday fund savings plus filling my freezer with as much batch based meals as I can as I have a few days in hospital in a few weeks and won't feel like cooking when I come home so lots of freezer-to-microwave stuff being batch cooked.0

My February list:
Batch cooking to freeze, so that we can save time during the week.
Tidying up the greenhouse.
Sow seeds for salad crops, beans etc.
Review budget.
Plan social calendar - sounds posh but we like to get out and about and have something to look forward to once a month e.g. cinema, theatre trip, museum/gallery or visit a National Trust place or nature reserve. By planning events we can also budget for them.Books - the original virtual reality.

Just added another to my list, I've booked a trip to see the Moscow State Circus next week and plan to go to the theatre once a month to see the plays/musicals I want0

How did I forget pancake day is also 17th February?
I am not to sure how many people are using things up before Lent though?
It is a lovely day here in Hampshire today.
I have been doing the housekeeping once again! Always ongoing....
Washing on line, watered some conservatory plants, danced with Dyson, Cleaned bathroom. Mopped kitchen and bathroom floors.
Windows and back doors open to air the house.
Tidied up kitchen - well put some cheese biscuits in a lock and lock box so they stay crisp. Looked in fridge, moved items around.
Have a happy day.The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0
