Eat healthy for the full 28 days.
Continue to declutter and rearrange our home to simplify things, very much around the Marie kondo way.
Book a couple of days away with husband for something to look forward to.
Paint two internal doors that are looking grubby.
Book an electrician to fix a new light fitting that's been in its box for four years.

Arrange one family visit every week for the month, weather depending of course. Two already arranged, two more to do
Continue with swimming twice a week, teaching myself and thoroughly enjoying it :)
Take up bedroom curtains, been putting it off for a month
Use nice crockery, clothes etc., just because I can
Plan the garden using seeds I already have.
  • 1. Make an over payment on my mortgage
    2. Continue the decluttering and organising of the house
    3. Give the garden some long overdue TLC
    4. Reduce my sugar intake.
    GC: Feb (16th Jan - 15th Feb) £46.25 / £50 :)
    Mar (16th Feb - 15th Mar) £61.96 / £70
  • Declutter and sort my stuff, I did make a start in January but boy am I a hoarder!
Do a stocktake and live out of my store cupboard and freezer as much as possible. They have both got to the point where I am struggling to find space.
I don't do valentines day but it is my birthday this month, so I have told OH I am going to buy myself a pair of trainers (needed) give them to him to give back to me on the day. No doubt the kids will insist on giving me something else as well and i have to find something for my Mum to buy me.
Take my vitamin D everyday, I keep forgetting!
    Look into changing broadband supplier.
Dig out the seeds I have and plan how I am going to use them this year.

I think we must be a load of little squirrels running about.
Trying our best to hang on to any cash while at the same time improving our living.
Recycling, cleaning and giving/selling our unloved things.

This morning I have completed the usual choirs.
Washing machine on and then out on line till about 3pm.
It half drys, I tell my neighbours(who use their driers). Then it goes on the airers overnight. No tumble dryer use needed.

Ongoing is this weeks shopping list. This morning I looked for any online coupons. Found a few on Super Savvy me.:0)
I cannot get the Every day caring coupons to print. Even adjusted settings on computer. cookies etc...:0(

Completed a few surveys and got pushed out on some = the usual;0?
Still pennies add up to free vouchers :0)

  • A month of change here as OH starts his new job this month and I say goodbye to mine as taking a career break to try to get my fibro under control. So will be getting used to being a "bespoke home-maker" :-)

Planning no eating out this month, as got loads of food in.
Starting on our new half plot allotment, weather and health dependent.
Lots of decluttering and clearing out ~ have bought storage jars and boxes for kitchen items and need to go through each room.
chip away at the decorating and home improvements.
    Getting through my toiletries mountain!
Being more active/taking more exercise, pain levels permitting.

    Good luck everyone!

    February,mmmm.

    Continuing with the ongoing decluttering.

Stick to the new exercise regime which I started yesterday. I'm aiming for an 8lb loss in Feb.

Do something for myself. A few crafts and some reading.

Mums birthday on the 14th which is annoying as it means the annual tiff in the florist after ordering flowers then being told I will have to pay extra. Stupid Valentines Day. By the way I'm married and my husband also thinks its a waste of money so luckily I don't have to get him anything.:j A little gift on a wet Wednesday anytime of the year means more to me. Sorry, rant over.

    :( Feeling sad

Saved 6% or £47 a year by changing fuel tariff
and have now found the letter = Virgin Media - to let you know that from 1st February the price you pay for your Virgin Media services will be going up by £ 3. 99 a month .
    That is £47 88 a year.

    This February I'll be:
    • Crafting like crazy here - for all sorts of reasons, repairs, gifts, upcycling, selling etc
    • Refurbishing with DH some new dumpster dive vintage furniture
    • Slapping on coconut oil on my face twice a day - that stuff is magic!
    • Taking plenty of oat softening essential oil baths before bed time to get extra cosy n' snoozy
    • Getting tarted up for a special Gala Evening Out :D
    • Spending as little as possible to feed my savings
    • Eating lots and lots more vegetable based meals. Getting my Vit D in.
    • Doing more yoga, though I can be lazy I always feel the benefit of it.
    • Drinking more wine if I can afford it :o
