Nice to see you back Pickle!

I had a surprise UU this morning:

12/32. No7 Perfect Light Loose Powder 24g - WBA, this is a decent (and well-priced, especially with a voucher) stand-in for my discon MAC HG. But - you guessed it - I have a replacement already in the stash!


Lots of almost-empty tubes which I'll be cutting open and hopefully UU'ing over the next few days.

3 pack of Colgate Extra Clean toothbrushes. Didn't need any toothbrushes until the very back end of the year (and might have scraped through the year without needing), but a cashback site I use was offering 80p on these. As they're my preferred toothbrush I went to check the price while in Mr T, and a pack was £1. So it's going to end up costing me just 20p for 3 toothbrushes - a price I'm more than happy to pay, even if it means getting them in a bit earlier than necessary

Molton Brown Orange & Bergamot Shower Gel 30ml - I would like to use this again but I just don't see myself paying their prices for shower gel.

17 Hide & Chic Brightening Concealer - WNBA, this was a nice pale pink colour rather than the usual orangey colour but it was just too thin to conceal anything very well. It was one of those clicky pens and it lasted an eternity, if I'd loved it it would have run out much quicker.

Painted my nails last night in Essie Toggle to the Top, this is a very dark red with lighter red glitter, very festive:rotfl:.

100 pack of cotton pads (including these as I have heaps in the house). Replaced with a part used cotton wool pleat as that takes a lot more space to store (and I don't like as much, so I've got to make myself use it )

Happy Shopper Family Conditioner. Looking at the bottle when I pulled it out of stock I acquired this as a tombola prize (had a raffle ticket ending in a 5 stuck to it). WDNBA as it's really runny, and it doesn't appear to have made any difference to my hair. Have quite a lot of conditioner in stock, and have replaced with a travel bottle I'd previously filled with Tresemme conditioner (my preferrred make) so I can have the travel bottle back for something else.


I have three more items running low, but I'm not sure that I'm going to finish them before the end of this month or if they'll be early UUs for March.

Evening!

Had a few good UUs today:

Balance me super moisturising hand cream - good, but the lavender smell was very strong

Balm balm lip balm - I think this had gone off by the end

Philosophy microdelivery triple action facial peel - a one use pad. Skin was softer afterwards but made no difference to the appalling break out I'm having.

Hands first hand cream - a sachet was using for when working the garden

Dalmacija No.1 Face mask - WNBA - TK Maxx purchase, didn't smell great and left a residue the morning after. Not great.

Nivea cleansing wipes - I don't really use face wipes so the packs tend to last ages and by the end of this one it had gone a bit dry. WBA but nothing special.

Burts Bees peppermint lip balm - not keen on pepperminty taste, so gave to Mum to have a try.

Lancome renergie multi-lift moisturiser - WNBA - I did really like this moisturiser as it's very rich but the only reason I purchased a 2nd pot was because my laura mercier tinted moisturiser went on so well over the top of it. I no longer use this tinted moisturiser so this moisturiser not really needed either!

Decleor systeme corps body moisturiser 250ml - WDBA and already have. This is my HG body lotion, goes on well, great smell and after 2-3 days of moisturising really makes a big difference. Great for me as I have a habit of being lax with this so it encourages me to moisturise when i see good results quickly!!

Herbal essences seductively straight conditioner - WBA - like this as it does what it says and actually helps straighten my hair. I do have plenty of other conditioners to get through first but would probably repurchase.

Chanel !criture eyeliner pen in brown - goes on so easily I just couldn't resist

Has anyone tried the Benefit Hoola bronzer? What do you think? I tried it today and rather liked it but i've never really used bronzer before so i'm a bit of a novice.
