I want to buy garden decking rope

I've just had new decking in my garden and want to use rope with the deck post instead of spindles. The rope has to be at least 20mm thick. I want rope that is sold by the metre as I don't need much.

My hubby thinks he saw some in Homebase or B&Q. Seems it comes in a big roll and you cut off how much you need.

I have seen the rolls in Homebase and B & Q, but as I don't need too much rope I don't want to buy the whole roll. I will check the other 2 places you've mentioned. :T

Ive got a whole role of this rope, i used it on my deck and on a few freinds decks. its sitting in my shed doing nothing, i will happily sent you some if you've not already found it elsewhere.

My reply wasn't clear enough. You just buy the amount you want not the whole roll. Price is probably per meter.

Sorry nmbash the one sold by the metre at B & Q is not thick enough.
