Selling on eBay month start dates?

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I have sold my. Max of 10 items during the month of January and it tells me that I have to wait till next month to list items.

So do the new month start on the 1st with eBay? As i have just tried to list now that we are in feb but still saying the same thing.

    I've just checked mine and it's still saying 0 so hope it will reset later today.

    I assume if you have only 10 listings then you are a new user? It should still reset on the 1st though, this morning I have my 20 free listings, 20 scheduled listings (not an additional 20 free of course though) and 100 free listings on the promotion that started today.
