Hi guys,
New to this. Waiting on a mortgage approval and distracted lol. Do virgin money underwriters solely go on experian or do they use equifax? Any help v gratefully received :-):o

Lenders use the data supplied by the CRA's as part of the application process. This data is far more detailed and revealing than consumer versions. Enabling lenders to obtain an accurate profile of potential borrowers.0

Thanks :-). Virgin have searched experian (hard search) but no trace on equifax. All my up to date and healthy "green" reports on equifax but no record on experian. Nothing bad but no good news either :-). As you say prob have their own super dupper system anyway so signing up to any of the 3 they tout prob a waste of time anyway x0
