Summer holiday with 16 year old

Please help!
We are a family for three with a 15/16 year old girl and for the past three years we have cruised for our summer holiday. This has been perfect all round as the teen clubs on board have been brilliant.
This year however the prices seem to have shot up, especially for the bigger, more teen friendly ships, and I don't think we will be able to afford it.
We thought therefore maybe a land based holiday but we need somewhere with lots of teens, as I don't fancy taking her friends away for a fortnight and all the responsibility that goes with 16 year old girls
She's fun loving and is confident in making friends, not particularly sporty about average, and has been used to having run of a ship including pools, nightlife and lots of teens.
Any ideas - something we could enjoy too lol!

Never again will the wolf get so close to my door

If you want a beach holiday how about a static caravan/chalet on a large site by the beach, loads of these in France/Spain and the bigger sites generally have loads of entertainment, clubs, and kids of all ages.0
