Credit File not beig pick up by MSE or other money comparison sites

Hello,
ERROR : Credit file is unavailable
Money Saving Expert soft checkers are not picking up my credit file.
I am registered with Experian but they can't tell me why.
I can't apply for any loans as it seems I'm invisible - My credit score is high. I am on electoral role but experian have not updated it yet.
MY credit file is also not found on money super market!
How do they search for you, I enter my past addresses, date of birth, full name and nothing seems to be picked up.
Please help - desperate
