is there any way to search for a life insurance policy my late Dad may have had?

If there's a house/flat/attic/loft full of papers then go through those carefully
See if any bank statements provide evidence of paying premiums.
How certain are you that he 'may have had' a policy?0 -
not certain at all plus I don't have access to the property, and may never have depending on the outcome of my searches. im just getting everything organised so I can hit the ground running.0
